For each and every member level name (even those with no memberships), display the total constituents, total donations, and total donation amount – but only for donations made in 2018. 

Total donation amount should be formatted as currency. For any member level name that has not received any donations in 2018, be sure to display a zero amount. 

Sort results in ascending order by Level Name. 

不可以用subquery做，还有什么可以替代subquery的方法呢？急求。
